The Roblox RAP Tracker is stable and easy to use, however rarely, there can be issues. Learn how to solve them quickly with this guide.
Use the Event Log
On the bottom left corner of the page, press Event Log. This will bring up a floating window which displays successful events, and events that have encountered an error. You can filter these logs using the filters in the window. From there, read the logs to identify what failed, and where.
You can also pause the Event Log at any time, pin it so it stays on the screen, drag it around the screen, or clear it to start fresh.
Most common: Proxy error
If you don't know what a proxy is, that's fine. This guide will keep it simple.
If a proxy error occurs, we use backup proxies to attempt to resolve the issue. Sometimes, all proxies can fail, resulting in errors for the site.
If a proxy fails, there will be an error in the Event Log, which looks something like: "proxy.bloxay.com failed".
The fix: Open a new tab, close the previous tab, and try again after 1 minute.
Rate limiting error
A rate limiting error can prevent you from using the site. A rate limit is simply a cooldown, so pause for a minute or two then try again. If you have multiple columns open, or multiple tabs open, close them to reduce the number of requests.
Fetching error
A fetching error can also be common. If fetching a Roblox RAP value doesn't work properly, you will encounter errors.
This is usually caused by ratelimits. View the above "Rate limiting error" guide.
Entire site errors
If the entire site won't load, it likely means there is a Roblox, Cloudflare, or Github outage. You can view Roblox's status page, Cloudflare's status page, or Github's status page to find any active incidents:
You can easily join our Discord server for any questions about errors. Find it on the Roblox RAP Tracker on the bottom left corner or join Bloxay's Server on Discord.
