You have rights and choices when it comes to your information. The security of your information

We take multiple steps to ensure that your information is treated as safely and securely as possible in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not always completely secure. Although we will use reasonable measures to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted via one of our Projects; any and all transmission is at your own risk.

We have appropriate technical measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of you and other Users. How long we keep your information

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our Projects and for the other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We also retain information when necessary to comply with contractual and legal obligations, when we have a legitimate interest to do so (such as improving and developing a Project plus enhancing and protecting safety and security), and for the exercise or defence of legal claims.

The retention periods are different depending on different criteria, such as the type of information and the purposes for which we use the information. For example, when we process your information such as your Profile information, we keep this information for as long as you have a Profile, plus three years afterwards. If you violate any of our policies or conditions, we may remove your Profile and content from public view immediately, but may keep other information about you to process the violation.

Information relating to children and teens

The Project does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
